This SignPilot training video demonstrates how to add a project to a customer. After selecting the customer, click "Add Project" and enter project details like name, MIS number, and contact information. You can also add notes, files, photos, or videos. Once saved, the project appears in the customer's profile. Projects are tied to customers, so you must have a customer, before you can add a project. The process is straightforward and allows for easy project management within the SignPilot system.
Navigate to the Customers tab and select the desired customer
Click "Add Project" on the right side of the screen. Projects are tied to customers, so you must have a customer, before you can add a project.
Enter project details:
Project name
MIS number (optional)
Primary contact information
Add notes, files, photos, or videos if needed
Click "Save" to create the project
View customer and project information cards at the top of the screen
Proceed to add signs to the project by clicking "Add sign"
