SignPilot Portal

  1. To efficiently navigate through the SignPilot Portal use the Tabs at the top of the portal to get the big picture of all of your customers, projects and signs. Use the left side navigation bar to navigate locally through the selected customer’s projects and signs.

  1. At the top of each page is a summary of customer, project and signs information. Blue boxes are hotlinks to more information or tasks.

  1. Be sure that you are working in the correct sign by checking the Sign Indicator that will have the name of the sign.

  1. Always save your work before you leave a section of the site survey.

  1. Have a customer that sent you a photo or file and want to add it to the site survey? Save the photo or document to your photo library or to your files. Add the photo or file using an “add photo” or “Choose files” in a section when you are ready.
